How we extend materials lifetime
Separate
In how unique beater we separate the composite in two clear entities: (glass)fibre and resin-grit. We separate mechanically, not chemically. That requires much less energy and does not affect the fibres chemically.
Mix
We mix the separated (glass)fibres and the grit into a powerful mixture and add some extra new resin.
Form
The materials mix is poured into a mould, in which it hardens in the shape of the new product.
Finish
The product, fresh out of the mould, undergoes its last step: targeted finishing.
